RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked no later than one hours after the date of purchase. All products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all tags and labels.

PROCESS OF RETURN

Please send an email to customer care at [email protected] to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. Place the item securely in its original packing after obtaining an RMA number, including your receipt, and ship your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

We will handle your return after we have received and examined your returned item. Please give us at least 15 days from the time your item is delivered to handle returns.
